This isn't an issue the support team would be able to assist you with aside from submitting an appeal to Terms of Service on your behalf. Banned accounts are investigated by the Terms of Service team. Once the appeal has worked it's way through the queue and reached them, they will investigate the ban and reach out to you from the email address: noreply@ea.com

In terms of hearing back from them, reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment, similar to your wait time. They are working through a high case volume at the moment which is causing the extended wait time. It may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team.

    Why does it take so long? A ban can come down in a day but take 90+ to even be appealed?

    Why is there no no-brainer system for people who have heirlooms and spent money, time, and tender love and care, whose accounts have a bunch of foreign IPs on them to get some actual help?

    I understand that but they keep closing my case without getting back to me. At this point I am blatantly being ignored.
