This isn't an issue the support team would be able to assist you with aside from submitting an appeal to Terms of Service on your behalf. Banned accounts are investigated by the Terms of Service team. Once the appeal has worked it's way through the queue and reached them, they will investigate the ban and reach out to you from the email address: noreply@ea.com
In terms of hearing back from them, reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment, similar to your wait time. They are working through a high case volume at the moment which is causing the extended wait time. It may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team.
