We cannot see your account history here on forums to confirm if the coins have been granted, but if it's been over 24 hours since you redeemed the code, I suggest attempting a basic troubleshooting step first. This should help re-sync your account. 

Try restarting your device and logging back into your account to see if it fixes the problem.

If you are launching the game from Steam please use the EA app to launch the game.

If the problem persists afterwards, you can refer to this article on our website and contact the support team again, explaining that this is the policy they should follow.

    You guys say too contact Amazon for a replacement but that’s incorrect, Amazon says to contact you guys for a replacement. I’ve been through this 3 times with EA and Amazon?

    Logged out and logged in again still nothing has changed, I’ve even tested by buying $5 packs for both steam and EA and those came through immediately, it’s been almost 48 hours with no show of the coins I purchased I have receipts and everything but you guys just can’t give me my coins or even new codes or something. I’ve opened multiple cases with you guys and stull

    nothing has changed I’ve talked to live agents once again through EA and Amazon even a leadership Amazon member and he blatantly told me that’s it’s EAs problem and that you guys have to do something about it. It’s $200 and I’m not seeing my coins in my account.
