Hey @hokage7701 To confirm from your image it looks like you have an EA Gift card, that is tied to your EA Account for digital purchases. It's not meant specifically for Apex Legends, for more information check out our link below.

If you look at the bottom of the card, you should see the wording "Good for all content on Origin"
