This can happen if you have upgraded your GPU without upgrading your power supply.

Check the website of your video card manufacturer to find the total system power recommendation and compare this with your PC power supply wattage.

My graphics card in an Nvidia GeForce GTX 970, and I have a 600 Watt power supply. I believe the recommended for the graphics card is 500 Watts.
