Re: [April 2nd] Lost account progress

I lost my heirlooms and all my belongings, and my level went to level 1 and I had to complete the tutorial to get into the game

When I first came back to this game I done all the challenges for Seer, Fuse and Rampart. They are all unlocked but about 2-3 weeks ago, for the new released character which I did was Mad Maggie, it reset my other 3 so I am now on a 1/6 completed instead of 4/6 completion. 

I have not found a single resolving post or anything. Am I really forced to do these annoying tasks?

Hello EA i had contact with 1 of your live chat services and they couldnt help me and said i mus go here. So here am i my apex progress badge 20 kills and 4k for bloodhound and 2 skins for the AR,s and 4 packs are gone. i will send prove for my 20 kills and 4k down below. i am waiting ofr this to be fixed for 5 days pls fix this i want my bagde back and my skins for  AR. pls give it back i would like a respond
