Hey @lShifxy,

Just to clarify, did you have an older PC account that was linked here, or is it fairly new? While the Xbox account is several years old, the PC one seems to have been created shortly before our Cross Progression announcement towards the end of last year. Is that about right or was your PC account older?
 
Additionally, what particular skins were you missing from the PC account? If you sign back in on PC are they still there?
 
Some skins and cosmetics are still platform specific. This will generally be Founder's Edition/starter bundles and similar, but the easiest way to tell would be signing in on PC again to see if the skins are there.

  • @EA_Mako hi my pc account is perfectly fine nothing is missing from either account I just want to merge them but it hasn’t seem to happen yet and my pc account was made just before the announcement

    Hi @lShifxy,

    If you got the pop-up already, and nothing is missing from either account, can you clarify what seems to be the problem?

    Cross Progression is already active, so there wouldn't be anything else to do at that point but continue playing.

    As mentioned, certain skins may still be platform-specific, so if you're seeing them on one platform but not another and they're not missing when you log back into the other platform, that would likely be the reason.
  • @EA_Mako  ok I was just wondering because none of my coins transferred not one skin that I own did but if it’s because that’s only for pc I understand if there a way to make them all transfer?

    As far as Apex Coins, I'm seeing 375 on the Xbox account prior to the merge, and it looks like that was used recently to pick up a few packs in-game. Fortunately it doesn't look like anything went missing there. Similarly for the Legend Tokens and Crafting Mats, what was on Xbox appears to have carried over successfully.

    It looks like this particular PC account only had one skin prior to the merge as far as our records can tell, with your Xbox account having most of your collection, which seems to have carried over from what I can tell.

    Are you on PC and not seeing any Xbox skins?

  • Yes and on my pc I have more than 1 skin I have around 20 maybe and my legend tokens haven’t carried over from as far as I can tell

    Sorry @lShifxy, for this PC account created just before Cross Progression, I'm not seeing any of that prior to the merge, however you should have access to the merged content from Xbox while playing on PC now.

    Did you have any other PC accounts you may have used in the past as well? 

  • @EA_Mako Oh sorry for wasting your time I just found out my pc account I actually use isn’t linked to my Xbox is there a way I can do it or am I to late

    No worries @lShifxy, glad we figured out what was causing this.

    Since that is on a separate EA account there wouldn't be a way to combine the progress unfortunately. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. 

    So, if you moved your Xbox from this account to the EA account that has your PC progress, you would lose the Xbox progress. There wouldn't be a way to have both from different EA accounts entirely, sorry.
