Hi, we're aware of this exploit, hopefully a fix isn't too far off. In this case it looks like the person exploiting this was anonymised by the "streamer mode" setting, but generally we'll ask folks to not "name and shame" on the forums as it's against the rules here. 

It's too late now, but folks encountering such behaviour can report it in game.
