Error code 2112 occurred during a match

My legend was Ashe, my weapons were Sentinel and R301, and I was aiming and shooting with the Sentinel from the cliff north of The Cage in Kings Canyon.

The Sentinel's scope was in 4x mode (2~4x), and the enemy I shot was Ash

Next is error code 3145

This happened while I was spectating after being killeng

I only remember this in fragments, 

I was watching my teammate

My legend was Pathfinder, my weapon was Havoc, and I think my scope was 3
