Hey @gr1ff1n24,

That would be because your PlayStation account was previously linked to a different EA account. It looks like that was only recently linked to the current EA account.

Progress you had made on the PlayStation account would be stored on the EA account, not the PlayStation account. That means when you moved the PlayStation link to this EA account, the progress was left behind on the previous EA account.

It's not possible to transfer content from one EA account to a separate EA account. You would need to try re-linking your PlayStation account back to its previous EA account to get access there. Similarly, you would need to log into Apex on PC from that other EA account if you're trying to access that PlayStation progress on PC. 

If you run into any trouble re-linking the PlayStation back to its original EA account, please contact support directly so they can take a look!

    Would there be anyway that you could manually unlink my accounts or am i gonna have to wait for it to let me unlink them on the 13th of july?

    You would need to contact support to see if they have any other options to help out with that timer. We aren't able to make changes here via the forums I'm afraid.
