GPU usage at 99% and CPU only at 25% indicates a GPU bottleneck. Your GPU can't keep up with what the game is throwing at it while CPU is pretty chill.
Try lowering down resolution to 1080p since you already have the settings at the lowest setting.
Playing battlefield V etc games at 1440p with no such problems.
Im thinking he game has problems with multi threaded prosessors? Anybody know some launch options to try?
It turns out this game is incredibly light on the CPU hence the low usage %.
Playing this game at 1080p yields double the frames compared to 1440p.
I think thats a little weird considering Im able to play BFV and PUBG at 1440p without issues.
