@MrBigBrainThe2nd Thanks for that! I took a look there and it seems you're getting packet loss on the last step. Basically it shouldn't show anything other than 0 or 100.
In this instance it doesn't look like theres any issues on your network side considering the first section of the UO trace so it looks like you may have to get in touch with your ISP and let them know whats going on and see if they can help.
