If you're trying to reset the password for your EA Account itself, you can reach out to support directly.

They'll just need to verify a bit of information with you and should be able to help get that reset or updated afterwards. 

They'll also be able to make sure the PSN you're trying to play from is connected to the same account so you don't run into other issues in that regard.
