If the ToS team has decided to uphold the punishment, then it's most likely a permanent decision.

According to their user agreement, you are still responsible if someone uses your PC.

Now of course, if the account itself got hacked by another party it's a different story.

Though if you let someone on your PC and they used cheats... well apart from that being not really being a story that should be trusted, you'd still be responsible for said actions.
