Re: permanently banned for text chat? please help

I don't believe the ban was correctly applied tho. It is quite minor to argue on text chat isn't it? its extreme and excessive to perm ban me for that isn't it? i am just asking to speak to a person about it that can make the decision to mute me instead of perm banning me?
