No progress will be merged if you're linking platforms from different EA accounts, regardless of when that was done.

Progress cannot be transferred between different EA accounts.

You'll still be able to access whatever content is already on that particular EA account with any other platforms you've linked, just keep in mind they would not bring over any content with them if linked from a different EA account.
