you know I was thinking, what are the changes for those who use that program to generate a random hardware id to actually match someone else hardware id?!?!?!

ok let me explain again, if jimmy uses hardware id changer and he gets banned on that id what are the changes of that id to actually match someone else id and get his computer banned for no reason?!?!
