Re: Season 13 patching issues info gathering thread

   @Freeksho13  Exactly the same situation. Sometimes I will hear the home button prompt maybe it will bring me back to home page on console but most of the time my console shuts-down with two blinking lights on the xbox power button on my xbox series x meaning the console is responding to corrupt data and is performing a clearing of the internal cache settings automatically, but it obviously has not corrected anything. I even spent the last hour speaking to customer service through chat. They have offered my zero information or service on the issue at hand. Only recommendations towards trouble shooting web pages that are Microsoft based which is absolutely ridiculous from a customers perspective. The agent had the nerve just to sign off completely without any notice.

    The only thing I have found useful through my elaborte and time wasting of searching online because the company for this product refuses to perform any type or form of communication, that can give us any assurances at all!

    This website shows the ping/latency of the game Apex Legends of all platforms of multiple regions globally, even a 10 year old could look at this and say its a sever issue.

    When the game was playable (godforbid) I never averaged higher then 30 ping and never went above 60 ping during gameplay.
