Re: Steam and origin versions error Apex Legends (EAC index not found/ normaliz.dll)

Hi @kuzmenkomast

I'm curious if this might be an issue with Easy Anti-Cheat itself. When you have the chance can you try repairing or reinstalling EAC to see if that helps? You can find more details on how to repair or reinstall it over at the EAC website.

Please let me know how it goes when you have the chance. Thanks!

  • @EA_Kent I have two eac programs where I can repair it, and even with admin rights it doesn't help at all.

    Tomorrow I wrote an article to eac support, all we can do now is wait for answer.

    Stay tuned!

    @kuzmenkomast

    Thanks for following up! Do you have any other anti-cheat software currently installed on your PC? I've heard some reports recently of EAC and other anti-cheat programs potentially having conflicts, so I am curious if that might be what's happening here as well.

  • @EA_Kent I tried to find some solution in steam, and one guy told me to reisntall (or how its called, honestly idk) windows. It's acceptable for me cause sfc \scannow find some files and can't fix them.

    I'll mark this message as solution if you don't mind, just to close the topic, that's ok?
