Re: Unjustified banning

I'm very disappointed on your Team of service. I played already 2077 Hours on Apex and spend lot of money to collecting of heirlooms.

However, suddenly banned from the game excuse by cheating? 

After i complaint, CS didn't report why being banned, only told me it's result by TOS investigation.

I was wondering how could user to protect on what we paid in the account?

TOS have No report  on why being accused on cheating nor explanation on it. Am I being report cheating? am i have software problems?

nothing but just banned.

How could a user to prove himself innocence? nothing, none could be done, all time and money wasted without a reason.

I'm wonder why couldn't your TOS spend some time to look into my account. It's ridiculous to be accused of cheating by an average player with absolutely no high scores.

And why would I cheat if I willing to spend so much money and time on this game?
