Your workaround doesn't work for me, and I still can't download the Season 10 Apex update on Origin. Yes, I did clear my cache and restart my PC.
Any other suggestions?

If that's still not downloading for you, we'd want to check and make sure the progress isn't being blocked by any other programs. Most commonly this ends up being anti-virus or firewall related, so please make sure you've added Origin services in exceptions as noted in these steps.
