This looks like some files are corrupted.

This looks like some files are corrupted, Just to make sure I would uninstall your GPU drivers with DDU.
It's an easy tool to uninstall any drivers and solves most of the time these kinds of issues.
If you don't know how to use DDU, here is a guide that has some easy to follow steps.

If that didn't work, try to verify all game files by opening Origin then open the game library.
Here click open Apex Legends, go to settings and click repair.

If this issue just started, you might want to roll back your drivers.
Then the drivers are set to the previous version to the point the issue wasn't happening.
