I could understand if my main account was banned due to issues at the internet cafe, but my newly created alt account just reached level 25 and I had already purchased heirlooms for it, and then it got banned too. Does my K/D ratio really look like I'm cheating? Are you crazy?
If I play in an internet cafe then it means if someone else got thier account banned on thier IP and I play there then it is plausible that I might get banned?
SadPotatoX It is a risk, (especially if the cafe has its own PCs, as those may have a hardware ban).

tjyhmp Playing at an internet cafe is not a good idea, (in fact, it can put your account at risk of getting hacked).

If your first account was banned, then playing on a second account is called ban evading, (which will get that account banned as well), and if there was a chance for the first account to be unbanned, by ban evading with the second account, that chance is gone.
