Hey @IceNorthKing you will need to wait for a response from our TOS team.
They are the only ones who can assist with an issue such as this.
Darko EA says that we will get a response within 72hours, it’s been 5 or 6 days now and we are still waiting, even when i got banned , i didn’t receive even an informative email . I dont know what to say really...
It's been like 8 days, still no Answer. Pay money get banned , nice company !
Context: I came back to Apex recently as I lost interest in game I was playing competitively and wanted to be able to play a different game to relax / take less seriously. When I was playing ranked (This was the first time I had played ranked in Apex, I've had the account since day 1 of launch but never played in ranked), after playing a couple of game I was just banned out of nowhere with the message of "The client's game account has been banned: Banned". So I instantly submitted a case and waited until today. This is also an account that when I first started to play apex, I sunk a decent amount of money and time into it.
I finally got an email about my previous case after a week, that said that I was "cheating" and that ea sticks by its decision. I'm literally at a loss for words as I have never ever used:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.Although in anti cheat work you tend not to disclose the information and say what people were specifically banned for (Aimbot, esp, silent aim, stuff like that), I would like to know what I have been falsely banned for. I have now submitted another case in the hopes that they redo their evaluation on my case. I've seen people get advice from other players and EA staff on here so I'm hoping I can actually talk to humans about it rather than waiting for the brick wall that is EA's case system.
Have any of you guys had this issue and resolved it? How did you tackle it? Is it possible to speak to any real person at EA?

- @EA_Darko I already did that again today after getting the email that said "We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures." but I don't exactly have high hopes as it will take a week to hear back and they probably don't care enough to look into it a second time, so all I will get is another automated email. Yeah I could just play on an alt account and start from scratch but I shouldn't have to do that due to their mistake. Is this really the only way to approach bans on EA?

Hey @kjempus I can assure you that our TOS team fully investigates any appeal they receive.
The best thing to do is to fill our a second appeal with as much info as possible.
Darko Everyone is "falsely accused" when they cheat.. I've heard it before. lol
Everyone says "Everyone is falsely accused when they cheat." when they have no idea what they are talking about. I've heard it before. lol

Hey all, for any issues with a ban or an appeal then please speak with our TOS team using the steps I posted above.
Darko I got banned in apex for "cheating" I sent them an email and contacted them but the response time goes up to 2 weeks
Prior to my ban, I wasn't playing as often and have also had my fair share of toxic moments. If this was indeed the reason I got banned, I would like to know as opposed to cheating. I have never cheated on any software and it's as if I got banned cause someone got killed by me and was salty as I wasn't banned during the game. I have both riot vanguard and anti cheat but I don't see how having both installed could trigger a possible false signal for cheating. I have media keys on my keyboard so that could possibly be detected as "unknown input"
Normally I'd wait patiently but as the battle pass ends in 4 days, I would rather not buy the rest of the pass when I can complete it, without a guarantee that I will get a proper response and unbanned. I've also found that many other people have the same issue and the fastest way to get a response seems to be posting it on the forums. (According to link)
I just got banned for cheating too and I haven't played in a week

seems to me like they are just banning everyone who hasn't played in weeks/months because i stream everyday warzone used to stream apex everyday till they changed the map now i hate it went to get back on to see what things were like recently and now says I'm banned for cheating as well like wtf i legit haven't even played this game in months yet I'm banned riiiiight. never used a cheat a day in my life yet I'm banned for cheating on a game i haven't played in months foh you guys are just banning people who are inactive to try and get them to contact you and play again straight * boys.
I have submitted a request for being banned by cheating but I am not cheating either and I have not received a response.

It's been more than 2 weeks since I submitted my ticket, any updates on when I should be hearing back?

Hey @Conceptseu, we would not be able to give you a time frame for a response from the team.
The best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from them.

Can someone from EA respond to my pending case in Apex Legends? I was banned while someone hacked my account, I have since changed the password and would like to be unbanned, I could care less about my rank but I want to be able to play again.
Do you use steam or origin? I’m just curious because I switched to Steam when the option was available and now I was banned. I know for a fact I wasn’t cheating or anything. Tried contacting them and they say it takes up to 14 days for a response!
