When you were getting things set up to claim your Prime Gaming rewards, did you unlink your account at any point during this process?

What you're describing and showing with these screenshots indicates the account you had been playing on previously was unlinked from the EA Account at some point.

The only way to restore the content you had unlocked would be to re-link those same accounts.

This is not something we're able to dive into on the forums I'm afraid, so reaching back out to support will be your best bet here so they can assist with re-linking the correct account if needed.
