You should be good to use the same phone number. The old account was banned so the new one will be fine.

    @EA_Aljo and what if I used the ban account email address as secondary email again for safety purpose only?? would I get banned because the secondary email was linked to the actual banned account.

    I don't know if that would get you banned or not, but I wouldn't recommend using an email for an account that was banned.
