but i didnt get an apex ban, otherwise i couldnt play on the EA account which im playing on for the last months. ive heard that u could sign out of apex from ur steam account and link it with a different account.

You mentioned an Apex ban in your first post, and that seems to be the case for the account you're posting from as well.

You would not be able to link or unlink an account that has been banned, nor can you swap out one banned account for a different account on the same platform. 

You would need to create an appeal to have that reviewed further, however. If you're running into any issues either on this account or a separate one, feel free to appeal using the link in my prior post if you feel that was applied incorrectly whether to this account or another.

Just saw this post. I encountered the same issue of getting banned for no reason. I checked the history for the reason why i was banned, but it is clear. Since it is clear of any ban in the history, can I unlink my steam account to create a new Apex account?

No you will not be able to do this, you would need to have the ban lifted first.
