Request for Action Against Fraudulent Account Activity in Apex Legends

 

Dear EA Customer Support,

I am a dedicated player of Apex Legends and deeply value the game's competitive environment. However, I have observed a significant issue within my region where a large number of players are exploiting credit card fraud [Edit - EA_Barry]. This method allows them to obtain in-game items at near-zero cost, which is inherently unfair to legitimate players.

Why does EA not take stricter measures to permanently ban accounts that maliciously receive such fraudulent gifts? I have compiled a list of suspected fraudulent account IDs and kindly request your team to investigate and enforce fair penalties.
