Requesting help to retrieve the account

I created an EA account a long time ago, but at that time, I only bound my email but connected to STEAM. That email was stolen and I couldn't find it. EA couldn't log in, and playing games on Steam requires verification. How can I retrieve this EA account? It contains a lot of Apex's hard work!! HELPPPPPP!!Being able to cooperate in providing the ownership of one's own account, I have recharged a lot of money in Apex. Now this EA is a new account, hoping to retrieve the original account!! Cry!!!
