Ring Closing Challenge Not Tracking – Blocking Ranked Progress

Hey everyone,

I’m having a serious issue with the Ring Closing Challenge not tracking properly, and it’s now completely blocking me from playing ranked.

The challenge is stuck at 0/30, even though earlier it was showing progress at 4/30. At some point, it bugged out and reset, and now it doesn’t track anything at all no matter what I do.

I’ve already tried everything I can think of:

• Restarting the game
• Reinstalling completely
• Playing multiple matches
• Changing modes

Nothing works. The progress just won’t update.

I’ve also contacted EA support, but unfortunately they haven’t been able to help or provide a solution.

This is really frustrating because I literally can’t progress or access ranked due to this bug.
