Did you check the CHOKE ?

i notice when this happend to me i see CHOKE ( in the performance display ) growing up 10-20-30

and start to lag whitout fps drops or high Ping or packet loss only CHOKE thats the weird part

Where can I find that performance display? I too am suffering from massive lag but I found out that disabling nVidia Reflex gets rid of mostly it.

It shouldn't impact performance as I'm on a rtx 3080 but as you say, fps are stable and there is lot of gpu overhead, it's just stutter.

@L4JKAN thanks! I've tested it and 0 choke with reflex on/off and stable 60fps and good ping (20-40ms depending the match), but activating reflex (on & on+boost) has lots of stutter...
I have a g-sync monitor if that means something
