Rubberbanding issue in Battle Royale

Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop these errors you've been getting. 

First, please try running through the basic connection steps from the EA Help website when you've got the chance. If you're still running into the same errors after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

I tried these guides, but they didn't fix the issue.

I want to emphasize that Arenas is working fine, only in Battle Royale I am facing this issue, so the problem is with Battle Royale. If there was a problem with the connection then Arenas shouldn't work as well but it does.

Which datacenter are you normally connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes a difference?

I usually connect to Singapore data centers, and I have tried other data centers aswell. Same issue everywhere. 

I have tried everything I have restarted my router a few times hardwiped the Xbox and it’s still doing it. It has cost me at least 2-3 wins 25-30k exp and a few hours. Is their anything I can do since. I really have no clue what’s happening since most of the time it happens when I’m playing apex. And it’s getting to the point where it is not fun to play since I know it’s gonna crash. Is their anything I can do to get back my exp at least or something like that. Generally when I crash it says something hi my like Code:Wheel or code:Leaf but a few times it says something with me not being able to use a shield battery and I crash

Another step that might help is setting a different DNS on your system. On PC you can set a different DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. If you choose the Manual option it will let you enter a DNS of your choosing. 

You can find more details on how to access these settings over at the Microsoft Support website. I usually recommend the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you'd rather use instead that's OK as well. 

@0xznn On Xbox you can change the DNS using the following steps: 

1. Open the Xbox Settings and go to All Settings
2. Select Network
3. Go to Advanced Settings
4. Select DNS Settings
5. Select Manual
6. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. If you'd rather use a different DNS than the public Google DNS you can enter it here instead. 
7. Test the internet connection to verify the changes
