Season 7 rewards not received
I haven't received my season 7 rewards. I made diamond in both splits and to my understanding should of received a dive trail and a badge , which i haven't. I can provide a picture of my season info. I spoke to a EA online chat assistant and he said to post it here.

As for the trail, that is a common misunderstanding. They are returning as rewards in season 8 and beyond. This means that getting diamond in S8 gives for S9, etc, not that S7 will give one. This was not a change to prior rewards. The devs specified that they couldn’t add the reward post-seasonal as it would cause issues with player accounts.
