What happens when the bug occurs? I went to the mythic page today, saw this karambit was available for 150 heirloom shards, and then spent $150 to get heirloom shards from the new winter event. Then when I go to purchase this mythic karambit, I am told I have a server error. All of my attached pictures show the karambit available to purchase for heirloom shards, I have tried restarting my game and still get errors. I would not have spent $150 on the game for shards if I knew I would not be able to purchase it like this, and get an error when I try to do so.
What should be happening instead? The mythic shards I have should be exchanged for the new karambit mythic heirloom
