I tried to buy the skin "Angel City Pacer" for Pathfinder. It said I need to add 1800 Apex coins to purchase it so I bought 2150 Apex coins. When I try to buy this skin I only get "SERVER ERROR" and this has been going on for ages now. Buying Apex coins works fine but spending them on buying this skin does not work. How do I solve this and get what I payed for?

I can personally attest (with pictures!) that none of the items showcased in the store page have rotated out, and are bugged.Angel city pacer was the first skin available in the shop.Then, Hazard Pay for the lifeline a day later.Spacewalker for the prowler.And most recently, the crimson firedrake for the scout.Attempting to buy any of them gives this error.I've asked my group of friends to check if they have the purchase option, and each do as well.So, what's the deal. I, and a few others from this thread, bought apex coins specifically to buy this skin because of an issue that isn't on our end. There isn't really anything else I particularly wanted to spend the coins on, so is it possible to either remove 1800 AC and credit the skin, or give me a refund?

Sure almost seems like a fraud. Game tells us we need to buy 1800 Apex coins to buy this skin and direct us directly to where to purchase. We buy the Apex coins but when we try to unlock the skin it does not work. Buying Apex coins works fine thoAccording to support(contacted them 3 times about this) it is supposed to work but they have "issues" at the moment and it's being resolved. But I have a hard time beliving this and I think they only go for scripted responses and have no answer or care about this issue as too few players are facing it. They just want to close the ticket and move on to next one until they can go home.My first contact they had me clear the Origin cashe and ensured me it will work after I restart my PC. I told them I do not think this will work and it will just make me loose the support chat as I restart the PC. Meaning I have to contact support again and to contact support I have to queue between one to two hours. Support just answered that it will work to buy the skin after I restar the PC. It did work not and I had to sit and wait the queue again.Second contact I was told it was just temporary issues and all I have to do is to wait. I did wait but nothing changed and we heard nothing from anyone that this issue was even being looked at.Third contact after waiting for ages I was again told that the issue is being resolved and we need to wait. Also that the game studio was aware of it and working on resolving it. I asked for confirmation that it was beeing looked into, resolved and that the studio was aware but they just told me to follow their social channels. There is absolutely no post about this issue.Game tells us we can unlock the skin for 1800 Apex coins and points us directly to where to buy these Apex coins. We can buy the Apex coins but once we go back to unlock the skin that asked us to purchase these Apex coins it does not work. Their support told us multiple times that it is supposed to work and the game studio is aware of the issue and it is being resolved. But we are given no information or proof that it is.

Holy * man.... EA step up your games.. This should be an EASY fix. Either you gift everyone how many APEX coins they spent (although, since there's literally nothing to buy with them, its useless) or refund our purchases. There's no way in HELL anyone is ever going to have 12,000 crafting material.... You have to spend money to get the skin REGARDLESS, either in form of Apex Packs or Coins.WE JUST WANT OUR RED ROBOT! WE ARE THE UNIQUE PATHFINDER PLAYERS OF YOUR GAME! LET US BE FREE

Hi all, when exactly did you try to make this purchase? Do you still see Pathfinder's Angel City Pacer skin on the store page? Do you have the option for the Valentine's skins?

My guess is that your local store page didn't update when the skin rotated out, or the option to buy directly wasn't correctly removed from the skin page.

As well as the info above, can I check your region, and if everyone affected by this is on PC?

It's on pc. The valentine skins has taken it's spot in the store now. EU.

I do not remember exactly when I first tried but it has been many days.

I tried to purchase it directly on the legend.

I guess this means we will not be able to get this skin anymore as it has been rotated out? Only bought this Apex coins as the game told me to buy Apex coins if I want to unlock this skin for Pathfinder. I been in contact with support four times and I was never told that the skin has been rotated out, they said that I just need to wait for it to be resolved and after that I would get this skin. That the game studio was aware and working on a fix.

I had all the contact with support sent to my email if you want to see for yourself.

Hi, thanks for getting back so quickly. There's no need for the ticket info, I can check that on my end.

I suspect this is rotated out for now and the direct purchase *should* have been removed from the Armory, but I want to look into it before i can confirm.
