SH_GRX.GNUT#1633 [UI] The index “11044” does not exist (PS5)

For the past three days, I’ve tried re-downloading the game, clearing the cache,restarting my router, changing the language and even switching accounts and coming back to this account to try to get on and still haven’t been able to be played. I’m a PlayStation five user on the PlayStation five version of the game and I am unable to play. 

Also, while you’re at it, I’m over level 1000 and I’ve gotten one heirloom shard. I believe my account might be bugged in that way also but I do not care. I just wanna play the game.
