Singapore server connection issues

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO DO BASIC AND ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING, I'M ALREADY DONE THAT BUT THE ISSUE PERSISTS

it is been a month my game had a connection issue since season 16 started.

I'd to test to capture the network using Wireshark, testing with 3 (three) game sessions, and every game had different IPs:

- 72.5.161.218 (US)

- 72.5.161.228 (US)

- 156.59.10.162 (SG)

I mean, I'm connected to Singapore GCE 1 or 2, but why the game often redirects me to US servers?

I thought my ISP doing funny things in the background, but I don't think so.
