Got the notification for cross progression today. Nothing as far as cosmetics merged over from my Xbox account to my PC. I haven’t played on that account in like two years. I updated my Xbox and opened up the game and it showed my PC account on there, so I know the accounts merged, but I’m still missing all of my Xbox skins and stuff. Is there something I can do or is all of that stuff lost forever?
Nothing is lost forever mate, they have backups and are more than likely able to restore lost and wiped accounts but it’s whether they want too is the question as they refuse too for most.
Same here, I put many hours into my console account and was disappointed when I saw my belongings were not there.
In the same boat here, had my account linked to my EA ID and lost £3000 worth of items including my S18 pred rewards
I hope they fix this soon I'm experiencing the same issue. None of my skins, stats or anything of the sort from my Xbox account carried over.
I have Mythics on my other account and nothing transferred I feel robbed
