Someone hacked my account

I didn't played apex in 2-3 days, and I have noticed something suspicious. When I go to my club section I can clearly see someone has played in my account. He/She has got a 20 kills badge as Gibraltar which is a character I played max 4-5 times, my rank has increased to plat 2 (I was plat 4) and all my apex coins are gone. I think they used my account to boost someone and probably used hacks like aimbots wallhack etc. I didn't shared my account or password with anyone else. I want my apex coins, my real rank and the reset of last 2 day activities including gibraltar 20 kill badge. When I log in to my steam account and launch Apex Legends, Origin has want me to reset my password cause of expiring login information. I've resetted my password now and I don't think I'm safe. What am I need to do? And the name of the game modes were in chinese.

    Hi @Baron-Twitch

Sorry to hear that. I'll share these steps to help you with the compromise.

    1. Contact Support: To start, please send in a Help Ticket to our support team asap through https://help.ea.com/contact-us/
    2. Start Resecuring your accounts: Next, while waiting to connect with an advisor, read through this EA Help article and start resecuring your EA Account: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked. It's a good idea to resecure any connect accounts also i.e. PSN, Xbox, email account, etc.
    3. Use Best Practices: Finally, once you've made those changes and resecured your accounts, please keep these best practice tips in mind for protecting your EA account details and renewed security measures:
      • Log out of any devices you share with others once you're finished or if you are leaving your own device unattended for any length of time.
      • Please make sure to not to share your account information or security details with others.
      • Never reveal your account password. Our support team will never ask you to share that information with us.
      • Only enter your EA account details into official EA websites.
      • Be aware of fake give-aways surveys or support teams. On social Media official EA accounts will be marked with a ✔️ by their name so look out for those ticks. If unsure, you can always ask us here on Answers HQ, on help.ea.com or by reaching out to our EA Help Twitter Support team

  • When I click to the link you sended, its keep taking me to advisor help page. I can't understand why I cannot reach to somebody else to solve my problem. I've seen lots of posts like mine including chinese match names in the club.
