Steam + EA = Lost progress
Seems like a common problem....
Just not exactly sure where to reply to a post. So here I am. The short version is. I started playing on Xbox. Then moved to PC. Linked my Steam account to my EA account (for the first time, Steam had never been linked to anything before). I linked to the EA that was linked to my xbox account. Now all my accounts are all under the same EA account.....
Log in to steam to get some games in. Lost all my progress. Levels, skins, HEIRLOOMS, characters, badges, stats, etc. Xbox progress seems to be fine.
I submitted a ticket and have a case number with EA. But all it does is wait a few days then say "Waiting on Player" even though no one from EA actually responded or posted anything. Everything is literally the exact same, except for the status that has changed to "In Progress" just looking for some advice.
I am happy to wait as there is a lot going on this season with cross progression and it is just a game although still frustrating.
Hoping it will all get worked out.
