Steam overlay does not open when I click an apex coin pack

Hello,

I am having problems trying to purchase apex coins. Whenever I click the pack, it does not open the overlay to make my purchase over steam. I have steam overlay toggled in game and I also have the option toggled in my actual steam library. I turned off my overlay from discord and geforce experience with no changes as well. I have tried reinstalling the game and restarting my pc. Have also tried verifying my files and exiting from gameoverlay.exe in my task bar. Not sure what else I can do to fix my problem. Trying to get the battle pass as I have just maxed my level on it.

    Hey @dvrwsvibe 

    It's possible that this issue is happening due to the region settings on your Steam account.

    I would consider reaching out to Steam support for assistance in in making sure that the region is properly configured. You can find more information on how to contact them by visiting the Steam Support website at https://help.steampowered.com/en/.

    @TheRedLion93 I've also checked the regions in my EA account and on steam. They are all correct. Is there any other fix I am missing?

    @dvrwsvibeWhat about your date of birth?

    Sometimes this happens when it's due to an age restriction on the EA Account. If the date of birth on the account is under a certain age it would block the ability to make purchases until it ages up to an adult account.

    And if this still persists, then I would suggest reaching out to EA Support in the EA Help Center so they can thoroughly check your account as to why you can't purchase Apex Coins.

    @TheRedLion93 DOB isn't a problem, my steam has no age filter and no family setting thing. EA DOB is fine as well. The EA support dude just told me to go to steam so we will see if they can help me I guess. Thanks for trying.
