Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possible hop into a lobby
Loaded up apex and it says I need to do orientation. I am level 167 and it won’t even let me play the orientation. The only thing that works is the training grounds and the firing range.
I have restarted my ps5 2 times and restarted the game like 5 time. When my squad mates join it says they are level 1. Happening in north Idaho.

What happens when the bug occurs? I played apex once, years ago when it came out originally, was going to give it another try, but it says i need to complete orientation matches. When I try to join an orientation match it just loads for a second and then nothing happens, completely locking me out of the game
What should be happening instead? Load into an orientation match

I have no obvious visual proof for this
I also have been put on orientation matches (lvl 314) and cannot launch into a match.
Same here , not letting me to join orientation match and any other game mode
