Are you getting packet loss in the performance counter? Are you on Wifi?
Go to packetlosstest.com, select Apex Legends for the test and try different region servers (some of them might not work). Do they give you packet loss?
Apex servers are pretty crap lately, there seems to be routing issues, rubber-banding and intermittent packet loss. If it's on Respawn/EA side then there's little we can do until the devs come back from the holidays.
