Are you seeing the same code each time? If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Power cycle your PlayStation
- Restore your licenses
- Clear your console's cache
- Try out PlayStation's recommended steps for CE-41839-5, particularly rebuilding the database
