My game keeps crashing due to server issues during ranked matches, and I just lost 126 points. When I try to reconnect, it doesn't work because the game thinks I quit voluntarily, and then it hits me with a 10-minute penalty. This isn't the first time this has happened.
Are the developers aware of this?
Sometimes I can still chat with teammates in game, but nobody can play it, since lag ate the game.

I’m sorry to hear this happened, especially during Ranked. I understand how frustrating it is to lose RP and receive an abandon penalty when you were trying to reconnect.
We’re not able to manually adjust RP or remove penalties through the forums, but I can pass along reports like this when we see them. To help us understand what happened, could you share a few more details?
