There aren't even any penalty records or how are you supposed to appeal?
Hello, why is my game still banned in reality, but I can't see any penalty cases on EA Help? I haven't violated any rules at all; I just used VPN to open Faceit and logged into Apex at the same time. Is this the reason my account was banned? The current situation is that a player who loves EA is no longer allowed to raise objections? I really haven't broken any rules, I even used to recharge my EA membership every month! Very disappointed.
