TOS needs better updates

Hey CharlotteSphynx,
I can definitely understand having more specific details would be helpful when you're trying to figure out why an account may have been actioned.
Unfortunately however, things like the exact time and what program/process was detected are pieces of information extremely valuable to those that would wish to avoid our detection systems. If someone is running multiple cheats, it's invaluable to them to know which we detected and exactly when, as that makes it easier for them to then update those to try bypassing the systems for others using the cheats in the future.
We can certainly pass along the feedback, however it's extremely unlikely something like this would change due to the potential security issues it could exacerbate.
With that said, keep in mind that appeals are not based on how much information you provide during the appeal. Rather, an appeal is simply a request to have our Terms of Service team take another look at the activity and records that led to the account action. They would base their decision purely on what they're able to verify with their own records. Having those details spelled out in an appeal, while understandable, would not necessarily affect the outcome of the appeal as a result.
