Unable to buy Apex Coin

    Sadly, this is not something we could unlock in any way. Our support team can review your account history if you still encounter this problem after 48 hours.

Hey @Kerysha There are various reasons why your transactions may be blocked. Often, if the first transaction failed or was still processing and you attempted to make further transactions in a short period of time, it could cause a blockage for other payment methods. In such cases, you will most likely need to wait for a cool-down period before attempting to make any further transactions. It's best to wait at least 48 hours before trying again.
