Unable to connect to EA servers. Anti-cheat code authentication timeout.

I play Apex on my PC using Steam, but about a week ago I started getting the message "Unable to connect to EA servers (anti-cheat code authentication timeout)" when I start Apex.

The internet itself is working fine, and I've tried reinstalling Apex and repairing easy anti-cheat several times but it hasn't fixed the problem.

However, games other than Apex, such as Valorant and Street Fighter 6, work fine.

Also, for those currently experiencing issues caused by Windows updates, the latest update data has been uninstalled, so I don't think it has anything to do with this issue.

If I have been banned for using cheats, it is a false ban and I would like to ask for it to be lifted.
