    Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

Hi there, @DoeKeeper.

Let's see if we can find out why this is happening. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, when resetting, are you unplugging your modem, router and Xbox for 2 minutes and then plugging everything back in?

1) I’m on wireless connection

2) Yes I’ve tried resetting/unplugging the modem, router, and Xbox
