Packet Loss Issue with Apex

Apex has become unplayable for me. It has always been a good game to default back into.

I now get a consistent packet loss % within 2%-6% and the game lags badly. This is the only game this happens with. Rainbow 6 and Arc raiders play fine and my internet problem ran a diagnostics and could not find any issues.

Is there a solution to this? I tried using a lAN cable, deleting the game, resetting my modem/Router. Still no improvement.
